ESHDC Commences Revalidation of Title Documents and Update of Property Records.

The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) has announced the commencement of a comprehensive exercise for the Revalidation of Title Documents and Update of Property Records for all allottees and property owners across its estates.

According to the General Manager, Dr. Gerald Asogwa, the exercise, which is in strict compliance with the directives of the Enugu State Government, is aimed at ensuring proper documentation, improving service delivery, and maintaining up-to-date property records in line with global best practices.

The revalidation exercise will run from Monday, 15th September, 2025 to Wednesday, 31st December, 2025. Allottees and property owners are strongly advised to seize this opportunity to regularize their documents, as only duly revalidated title documents will be recognized thereafter.

Property owners can visit any of the following centres with their documents for the revalidation exercise:

Nsukka, Enugu State - A significant event took place on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Golden Valley Hotel Ltd , Nsukka. Rt. Rev. Msgr.
