 DR. ERIC ODO ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY AS IGBO ETITI LG CHAIRMAN: A YEAR OF TRANSFORMATION IN IGBO ETITI LGA.

The Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman of Igbo Etiti Local Government Area, Enugu State, on Culture, Tourism, and Entertainment, has commended Dr. Eric Ogbonna Odo, the Executive Chairman, on his successful one-year anniversary in office.

Dr. Odo has demonstrated unwavering dedication to the welfare of Igbo Etiti people, prioritizing their needs above all else. As a medical doctor, he has brought a unique perspective to governance, ensuring that every individual receives attention and care.

During his campaign, Dr. Odo pledged to focus on the most vulnerable members of society, including widows, the handicapped, the aged, and the homeless. He promised to revitalize key sectors such as education, healthcare, agriculture, and environmental services. Today, these promises have become a reality.

Under Dr. Odo's leadership, Igbo Etiti LGA has witnessed significant developments, including the construction of roads, provision of boreholes, and establishment of functional systems. Security has also been enhanced through the training and employment of more personnel, procurement of vehicles and motorcycles, and collaboration with security agencies.

The LGA has also become a hub for agricultural innovation, with the establishment of a large farm land for the cultivation of garden eggs, pepper, and cocoyam. This initiative has encouraged many to engage in farming, promoting economic empowerment and food security.

The Igbo Etiti LGA headquarters has undergone a facelift, with ongoing rehabilitation works and massive construction projects. Dr. Odo's exceptional leadership style, which combines medical expertise with a caring approach to governance, has been commended.

We congratulate Dr. Eric Ogbonna Odo on his one-year anniversary and pray that God continues to strengthen and grant him wisdom to do more for the people of Igbo Etiti LGA.
