Today, we mourn the passing of a spiritual giant, Bishop Emeritus Francis Emmanuel Ogbonnia Okobo, who went to be with the Lord on August 29, 2025. With profound sadness, yet unwavering faith in the resurrection, we bid farewell to a man of God who left an indelible mark on our lives and the Church.

Bishop Okobo's life was a testament to his unwavering dedication to the Lord and His people. Through his ministry, he inspired countless individuals, guiding them on their spiritual journeys. His legacy will continue to live on through the countless lives he touched.

We take comfort in the knowledge that Bishop Okobo has finally found eternal rest. As we celebrate his life and legacy, we pray that his soul rests in peace. May the memories of his selfless service, his compassion, and his love for the Lord inspire us to continue his work.

Nsukka, Enugu State - A significant event took place on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Golden Valley Hotel Ltd , Nsukka. Rt. Rev. Msgr.
