The ceremony will take place at Nsukka High School Hall, opposite Jucony Hotel Nsukka, marking a milestone in the church's history.

Nsukka, Enugu State - A significant event took place on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Golden Valley Hotel Ltd , Nsukka. Rt. Rev. Msgr. Joseph Chigbo Agu was consecrated and installed as the first Byzantine Catholic Bishop in Southern Nigeria . The ceremony was performed by three esteemed bishops: - His Grace Most Rev.
