Engr. Jude Chinedu Asogwa, the Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area, in recognition of excellence, reward for hard work, and in commitment to inclusivity and gender sensitivity, recently confirmed the appointment of two illustrious ladies: Miss. Iyioke Udoamaka Patricia as Special Assistant on Administration and Comr. Asadu Ogechukwu Angel as Special Assistant on Youth Mobilization.

Prior to her appointment, Miss. Iyioke Udoamaka Patricia was a first-class graduate of the University of Nigeria with an outstanding CGPA of 4.71 from the department of Public Administration and Local Government. She was brought to the chairman's attention when her brilliant qualifications gained widespread notice on social media. The council chairman did not stop at appointing her as his SA on Administration; he went further to award her a Master's Degree scholarship to further her education.

On the other hand, Comr. Asadu Ogechukwu Angel is a grassroots mobilizer, a trailblazer in philanthropy, and a well-known human rights activist. She was called upon to apply her experience in delivering the dividends of good governance, particularly to the youth.

Engr. Jude Chinedu Asogwa, KSJI, who is relentless in developing the local government area, is leaving no stone unturned in exploring avenues to effectively deliver for his people. The council chairman, who has delivered on over 52 projects, programs, policies, and interventions, is also delivering in human capacity development. He has awarded two scholarship awards to individuals to study abroad and has also awarded over two scholarship awards to Nsukka indigenes to study within Nigeria, of which Miss. Iyioke Udoamaka Patricia is a beneficiary.
