Enugu, Nigeria - In the face of escalating security challenges in Enugu State, the Nkpokote Nsukka Development Forum (NNDF) has reiterated the importance of unity and collective action in safeguarding the Nsukka cultural zone.

According to Barr. Bath Ugwoke, President of NNDF, "The dire situation in Isi-Uzo serves as a stark reminder of the need for vigilance and cooperation in protecting our territory. We must embrace the Nkpokote Nsukka philosophy, which emphasizes that an injury to one is an injury to all."

The NNDF has announced plans to pay a courtesy visit to Enugu State Governor, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mba, to discuss pressing security challenges, particularly the Fulani herdsmen conflicts in Uzo-Uwani and Isi-Uzo. The forum will also congratulate the governor on his strategic developments in the Nsukka cultural zone and other parts of Enugu State.

The NNDF has extended its deepest sympathies to the people of Eha-Amufu, who are currently facing adversity. "We stand strong in solidarity with you, sharing your pains and difficulties during this trying period. Together, we are stronger, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to support one another," said Barr. Ugwoke.

Hon. Prophet Agu Chineme Enyiduru, Publicity Secretary NNDF.

The NNDF remains committed to promoting peace, security, and development in the Nsukka cultural zone. "This too shall pass, and we shall emerge more resilient and united than ever," concluded Barr. Ugwoke.
