Breaking NEWS ANAN Enugu Branch Elects New Executive Committee Members.

The Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Enugu Branch, has successfully elected a new Executive Committee to pilot the affairs of the association for the next two years.

According to eyewitnesses, the election was conducted by a three-man Election Committee from ANAN National Office, Abuja, led by Dr. Tonye Richard Apiri, FCNA, Vice Chairman, Benevolence Committee.

The newly elected Executive Committee members are:

- Chairman: Mrs. Fidelia Udeonu, FCNA.

- Vice Chairman: Dr. Paulinus Ossai, FCNA.

- Secretary: Mrs. Lillian Orji, FCNA.

- Assistant Secretary: Dr. Kate Ene, FCNA.

- Treasurer: Mr. Kevin Okwor, CNA.

- Financial Secretary: Dr. Chioma Atogu, FCNA.

- Publicity and Social Secretary: Dr. Sir Cyprian Okoro, FCNA.

- Ex-Officio 1: Prof. Uche Ugwuanyi, FCNA (Immediate Past Chairman).

- Ex-Officio 2: Chief Kenneth Echefu, CNA (Central Bank of Nigeria, Enugu Branch).

In her acceptance speech, Chairman Mrs. Fidelia Udeonu promised to run an inclusive administration, thanking members for their confidence. She outlined key priorities, including completing the Enugu Branch Secretariat Building and ensuring members benefit from the Land Acquisition Scheme.

This development is expected to bring renewed vitality to the association, promoting accountability and excellence in the accounting profession.
