OPERATION THUNDERBOLT: ENUGU STATE GOVERNMENT UNLEASHES FURY ON KIDNAPPERS, RESIDENTS DEMAND DEMOLITION OF CRIMINAL HIDEOUTS.

In a paradigmatic shift in the fight against criminality, the Enugu State Government has launched a concerted effort to eradicate the scourge of kidnapping, resulting in the neutralization of no fewer than 27 kidnappers, including members of the notorious Auto Pilot faction.

His Excellency Dr. Peter Mbah, Governor Enugu State.

The combined security task force, established by the indefatigable Governor Peter Mbah, has been at the vanguard of this crusade, leveraging its superior firepower and tactical acumen to overpower and eliminate criminal gangs, while recovering arms and valuables in the process.

However, the citizenry is now clamoring for the government to take a more draconian measure by invoking the provisions of the state's criminal code and demolishing properties used as hideouts for kidnappers. This, they posit, would serve as a potent deterrent to criminal elements and ensure justice for victims and their families.

Eminent legal luminaries have opined that the state has an extant criminal law, amended in 2016, which empowers the governor to demolish structures used for kidnapping. Residents and rescued kidnap survivors are urging the government to take bold and decisive action by bringing down these rogue premises, regardless of ownership.

The zeitgeist demands that decisive action be taken against these criminal elements and their enablers. The people of Enugu demand justice, and it is the responsibility of the government to ensure that it is served.

Akidi Jesus!
