In a remarkable display of empathy and benevolence, High Chief Ekwueme Vitus Amobi, aka Liquid Metal, a renowned philanthropist and PDP aspirant for Igbo-Etiti West Enugu State House of Assembly (ESHoA) 2023, recently paid a condolence visit to the families of the four young men who tragically lost their lives in the Aku massacre.

According to Mc O one chat News reports online, High Chief Ekwueme Vitus Amobi visited the bereaved families in their homes in Amankpo Aku, offering words of comfort and financial support to alleviate their suffering. Each family received a sum of #50,000 (fifty thousand Naira only), a testament to his unwavering commitment to providing solace and support during times of unimaginable tragedy.

High Chief Ekwueme Vitus Amobi, in an emotional address, urged the families to embrace peace, emphasizing that "killings and wars serve no purpose other than injecting underdevelopment and miserable living." He implored the Enugu State government, security agencies, and other relevant authorities to take swift and concerted action to address the situation and prevent further escalation.
In a separate meeting with Hon. Engr. Tochi Amuka, the House of Assembly Member representing Igbo-Etiti West State Constituency, High Chief Ekwueme Vitus Amobi expressed his deep pain and sorrow over the loss of the young men. Both leaders concurred that peace should be given a chance to prevail, and Hon. Amuka assured that the government is working tirelessly to restore normalcy and ensure the return of peaceful coexistence.
The families of the deceased who received High Chief Ekwueme Vitus Amobi's condolences and support included those of Chukwuka Olasie, Chukwuroka Nwodoh, Sunday Ihuagu, Ozor Ikemeguna (Odeh), and the Dugwu families.
