A FCT High Court in Abuja, Nigeria, has sentenced Peter Nwachukwu, the husband of late gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu, to d£@th by hanging for culpable h0m!c!de resulting in her d£@th on April 8, 2022. The court's judgment, delivered by Justice Nwosu-Iheme, found Nwachukwu guilty of the 23-count charge brought against him by the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation (OAGF).  The charges included culpable h0m!c!de punishable with d£@th, criminal intimidation, cru£lt¥ to children, and spousal b@tt£r¥, among others.
